Delivery of goods
We sell and ship products within New South Wales and ACT only.
Online orders are available for Sydney Metro customers only. Due to on going road works we do not deliver to some inner city suburbs in and around Sydney Central Business District. If you live outside of Sydney Metro, please contact us for a freight quote and to order. All goods will be delivered as per the details supplied during the ordering process. Our standard delivery time for online orders is within 5 working days of order confirmation and payment. If delivery times are likely to be delayed for any reason, Wheelie Bin Co will endeavour to contact the buyer. Delivery of the goods to the Buyer or to such person (including a carrier) or destination nominated by the Buyer shall constitute both delivery to and receipt of the goods by the Buyer.

Should you wish to cancel your order there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Return and refund policy
Refunds are not permitted simply for a change of mind. If in the event that the goods purchased have been ordered incorrectly by the Buyer, then the Buyer shall within seven (7) days of the date of receipt, time being of the essence, notify Environmental Bin Sales of the same in writing giving full particulars to the claim.
Thereafter, Environmental Bin Sales shall accept return of the goods at seventy five percent (75%) of the original invoice value and on the basis that goods are deemed in as new condition for resale and that the Buyer shall arrange and pay for freight and pickup and all other necessary costs or related thereto the return to Environmental Bin Sales. If in the event the Buyer does not notify Environmental Bin Sales of the claim within seven (7) days of the date of receipt, it shall be at the sole discretion of Environmental bin Sales to accept return of any goods.
